Speck + Gruyère Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 pc. Sliced Gruyère
  • 2 oz. Sliced speck
  • 1 oz. Sliced Cornichon
  • 2 pc. Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbs. Butter
  • 1 pc. Baguette

Preparation

  1. Slice the baguette in half.
  2. Spread the butter on both sides of the bread.
  3. Arrange the slices of gruyère and speck on the bottom part of the baguette.
  4. Add the sliced cornichons and finish with the bibb lettuce.
  5. Cover with the top of the baguette and cut in half.
