Chorizo, Onion + Cheddar Flatbread

Tomato sauce

3 oz.
Chorizo

2 oz.
Shredded cheddar

Sliced scallions

2 tbs.
Olive oil
Preparation
- Sauté the sliced onions with olive oil until caramelized. Reserve.
- Peel the chorizo, cut in half and slice ⅓" thick.
- Slice the scallions for garnish.
- Spread evenly the tomato sauce on the flatbread, then add the sliced chorizo, shredded cheddar and caramelized onion.
- Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes.
- Spread the sliced scallion on top of the flatbread and serve.
