Chorizo, Onion + Cheddar Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Tomato sauce
  • 3 oz. Chorizo
  • 2 oz. Shredded cheddar
  • Sliced scallions
  • 2 tbs. Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Sauté the sliced onions with olive oil until caramelized. Reserve.
  2. Peel the chorizo, cut in half and slice ⅓" thick.
  3. Slice the scallions for garnish.
  4. Spread evenly the tomato sauce on the flatbread, then add the sliced chorizo, shredded cheddar and caramelized onion.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes.
  6. Spread the sliced scallion on top of the flatbread and serve.
