Tomato + Goat Cheese Flatbread

Blanched green asparagus

Sliced cherry tomatoes

Crumbled goat cheese

Kalamata olives

Tomato sauce

Preparation
- Slice the blanched asparagus on a bias.
- Cut in half the kalamata olives and the cherry tomatoes.
- Spread evenly the tomato sauce on the par-baked flatbread.
- Add the asparagus, olives, crumbled goat cheese and cherry tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 375°F for 7 minutes.
