Tomato + Goat Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 pc. Flatbread Firestone
  • 1 oz. Blanched green asparagus
  • 1 oz. Sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 oz. Crumbled goat cheese
  • 5 oz. Kalamata olives
  • 2 oz. Tomato sauce
  • Salt + Pepper

Preparation

  1. Slice the blanched asparagus on a bias.
  2. Cut in half the kalamata olives and the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Spread evenly the tomato sauce on the par-baked flatbread.
  4. Add the asparagus, olives, crumbled goat cheese and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 7 minutes.
