Quinoa and Farrow with Broccolini

Red and white quinoa

Broccolini

Lemon juice

Cherry tomatoes

½ tbs.
Pickled red jalapeno
Preparation
- Blanch the quinoa and farrow.
- Blanch the broccolini, slice the stem and cut the top in small pieces.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the pickled red jalapeno, slice the scallion.
- Add together all vegetables, season with the lemon juice, olive oil, julienne of cilantro and mint, salt and pepper.
