Ham + Egg with Pepper Jack

Ingredients

  • 1 La Baccia white square roll, sliced
  • 1 oz. Pepper Jack cheese
  • 2 oz. Egg custard
  • ⅓ oz. Butter
  • 2 oz. Ham, Jambon de Paris

Preparation

  1. Toast the Bread.
  2. Spread with butter.
  3. Add the egg custard, sliced ham, pepper jack cheese.
  4. Warm up for two minutes in oven.
