Preparation
- Toast the sourdough bread slices.
- Spread the mayonnaise on top of both slices.
- Ovenroast the bacon until crispy.
- Marinate the chicken breast with olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper and cook on the grill.
- Arrange the grilled chicken breast on the sourdough bread, then add the slices of bacon, romaine leaves and sliced tomatoes.
- Top with the remaining sourdough bread and cut in half.
