Chicken, Pillard, Bacon + Tomato

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sourdough bread
  • 1 oz. Mayonnaise
  • 6 oz. Chicken breast
  • 2 Tomato slices
  • 3 Applewood smoked bacon slices
  • 2 Romain leaves
  • Thyme
  • Olive oil
  • Salt + pepper

Preparation

  1. Toast the sourdough bread slices.
  2. Spread the mayonnaise on top of both slices.
  3. Ovenroast the bacon until crispy.
  4. Marinate the chicken breast with olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper and cook on the grill.
  5. Arrange the grilled chicken breast on the sourdough bread, then add the slices of bacon, romaine leaves and sliced tomatoes.
  6. Top with the remaining sourdough bread and cut in half.
