Smoked Salmon, Tomato + Capers

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Smoked salmon slices
  • 1 oz. Diced cucumber
  • 1 oz. Diced tomato and red onion
  • ½ oz. Capers
  • Lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Mix the diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, capers and season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Arrange the cucumber mix in the glass, top with the yogurt and finish with the smoked salmon slices.
