Mascarpone Arugula

Sliced red onion

Smoked salmon

Salt + pepper
Preparation
- Warm up the flatbread in the oven.
- Remove from the oven, assemble by spreading the mascarpone on the bread, then add the smoked salmon, sliced red onion, capers and arugula leaves.
- Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
