Smoked Salmon Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 pc. Flatbread Stonefire
  • 1 oz. Mascarpone Arugula
  • ½ tbs. Capers
  • ½ oz. Sliced red onion
  • 3½ oz. Smoked salmon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt + pepper

Preparation

  1. Warm up the flatbread in the oven.
  2. Remove from the oven, assemble by spreading the mascarpone on the bread, then add the smoked salmon, sliced red onion, capers and arugula leaves.
  3. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
