Preparation
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Cut the broccoli in small fleurets.
- Cut the goat cheese in small cubes.
- Assemble the quiche by adding to the prebaked pie the following: cherry tomatoes halves, broccoli, goat cheese.
- Pour the quiche batter to the rim of the pie.
- Bake at 325°F until the custard sets.
