Egg Frittata
Ingredients

Whole eggs

8 oz.
Heavy cream

1 tsp.
Salt

1 tsp.
Pepper

1 tsp.
Fresh thyme
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Whole Eggs.
- Whisk in remaining ingredients.
- Spray a flat, clean half sheet tray with pan release.
- Bake at 325°F for minutes.
- Rotate frittata and bake for an additional minutes until filling has set.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
