Egg Frittata

Ingredients

  • 9 ea. Whole eggs
  • 8 oz. Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Fresh thyme

Preparation

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Whole Eggs.
  2. Whisk in remaining ingredients.
  3. Spray a flat, clean half sheet tray with pan release.
  4. Bake at 325°F for minutes.
  5. Rotate frittata and bake for an additional minutes until filling has set.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
