Onions + Mushroom Quiche

Individual quiche, 4¼"

Crimini mushrooms

3 oz.
White onion

2 oz.
Shredded Gruyère

½ c.
Quiche batter

Salt + pepper

Vegetable oil
Preparation
- Slice the Crimini mushroom and the onion.
- Heat up the vegetable oil in two separate sauté pans, and start cooking the sliced onions and mushroom until they become a caramelized color.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cool down the vegetables.
- Assemble the quiche by adding to the pie shell in order: Mushrooms, onions, shredded Gruyère and cover with the quiche batter.
- Bake at 325°F until the custard is set.
