Egg, Bacon, Tomato, Cheddar

Ingredients

  • 1 pc. Flat Bread Stonefire
  • 2 oz. Chopped Egg Custard
  • 1 oz. Apple-wood Smoked Bacon
  • 2 oz. Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 oz. Shredded Parmesan
  • 3 pc. Cherry Tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Chop the egg custard in small dices.

Step 2

Bake the apple-wood bacon until crispy and cut in one inch piece.

Step 3

Spread both cheeses on the flat bread. Top with the chopped egg custard, bacon chunks and the cherry tomatoes cut in half.

Step 4

Bake the flat bread at 375°F for about 7 minutes.
