Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 4 pt. Strawberries
  • 3 gr. Citric acid
  • 890 gr. Sugar
  • 30 gr. Pectin
  • 7 gr. Salt

Preparation

  1. Combine pectin and 90 grams sugar.
  2. Clean the berries and chop.
  3. Add the remaining sugar and cook on the stove.
  4. Reduce down by half.
  5. Add the pectin and 90 grams of sugar.
  6. Boil for 3 minutes whisking.
  7. Add salt.
  8. Let cool.
