Citric acid

Sugar

30 gr.
Pectin

7 gr.
Salt
Preparation
- Combine pectin and 90 grams sugar.
- Clean the berries and chop.
- Add the remaining sugar and cook on the stove.
- Reduce down by half.
- Add the pectin and 90 grams of sugar.
- Boil for 3 minutes whisking.
- Add salt.
- Let cool.
