Quiche Batter

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Heavy cream
  • 12 oz. Whole milk
  • 10 Whole eggs
  • 10 Egg yolks
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Ground nutmeg

Preparation

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Whole Eggs and Egg Yolks.
  2. Whisk in remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour mixture into frozen pie shell, add additional fillings.
  4. Bake at 325°F for x minutes.
  5. Rotate quiche and bake for an additional x minutes until filling has set.
