Whole milk

Whole eggs

Egg yolks

Ground nutmeg
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Whole Eggs and Egg Yolks.
- Whisk in remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture into frozen pie shell, add additional fillings.
- Bake at 325°F for x minutes.
- Rotate quiche and bake for an additional x minutes until filling has set.
