Bourbon

½ oz.
Simple Syrup

½ oz.
Cream

2 oz.
Coffee

Egg White
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin
- Dry shake for 30 seconds
- Add ice to mixing tin and shake again
- Strain cocktail in to Collins glass
- Grate cinnamon & nutmeg over drink
