Present and explain the selection of loose tea. Allow the Guest time to choose while you begin to prepare the materials needed to fill and tie the tea sachet.
Gently mix the tea selection (and any additional herbs or spices).
Carefully fill and tie the first tea sachet for the guest. After the guest has everything they need for their cup, begin to prepare a second, identical tea sachet.
